api 33an api 33 build was released a couple of weeks ago off the main branch here at steam for WIN. ie, i would only use that build to export .aab.apk and then go back to the mainExisting apps must target 13 (API level 33) or hher to remain available to new users on devices running OS hher than your app's target API level.
